The Cooper & Hunter MIA Series CH-RLS12MIA-115V is a 1-ton ductless wall-mount mini split that heats and cools on a standard 115V household circuit. Powered by an inverter compressor and next-generation R-454B refrigerant, it delivers 21.2 SEER2 efficiency, cools in outdoor temperatures up to 122°F, and heats down to 5°F, making it a strong fit for bedrooms, offices, and living spaces of roughly 450 to 550 sq ft.
The sleek matte-finish indoor unit comes with built-in Wi-Fi and a remote control, plus Sleep mode, Auto-Restart after power loss, Louver Angle Memory, and an Anti-Mildew function that dries the coil after cooling to prevent mold growth. A built-in refrigerant leak detection system alerts you through the indoor display, and filter cleaning and replacement reminders help keep the system running at peak performance.
This system includes the indoor unit, outdoor unit, and remote control. Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician, and online warranty registration is required.
