Return Policy
Items purchased through external marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, Amazon) must follow each platform’s return policies.
For items purchased directly through our store, you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it.
- The box must be unopened and the unit must not have been installed.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Sale items are non-returnable.
- We do not accept exchanges unless a different item was sent by mistake.
- Products that arrive damaged will not be eligible for return if the customer accepts the package under their own responsibility.
- If the product has been opened or installed, returns will not be accepted. In that case, the customer must register and make use of the warranty process.
- Restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at sales@hvac-perdomo.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted:
- We’ll provide return instructions.
- Returned items will be inspected by our personnel to ensure integrity before a refund is issued.
- Shipping costs for the return and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
