Shipping policy

Delivery

  • Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the current rates of major U.S. carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or freight services for larger or specialized shipments.
  • Shipping costs are estimates and may differ from actual charges. If shipping rates, conditions, or charges change, we may contact you for additional costs.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if shipping delays, inaccessibility, or other conditions prevent us from fulfilling the order. Customers will be notified in such cases.
  • In case of shipment delays, mishandling, or issues, we will contact the carrier and keep the customer informed.
  • For shipments requiring a signature or scheduled delivery, customers are responsible for being present. Any delays caused by the recipient are not our responsibility.
  • Pick-Up
  • Many products are eligible for free pick-up at Perdomo Distributors’ warehouses. If available, this option will be presented during checkout.
