The Cooper & Hunter 1.5 Ton Top Discharge Condensing Unit (CH-UC18-230VO) is a compact, reliable outdoor unit built for residential and light commercial cooling applications. Part of the Top Discharge Split System lineup, it pairs with compatible Cooper & Hunter air handlers and operates on environmentally responsible R-32 refrigerant.

Powered by a rotary compressor, this unit delivers consistent cooling performance across a wide operating temperature range of 54°F to 120°F, making it well-suited for hot climate installations. The PSC outdoor fan motor ensures dependable airflow and heat rejection, while the top-discharge cabinet design promotes efficient air circulation and minimizes recirculation in tight installations. The unit is pre-charged with R-32 refrigerant and supports refrigerant pipe runs of up to 130 feet with a maximum elevation difference of 65 feet, offering generous installation flexibility.

The compact cabinet footprint makes it an ideal fit for space-constrained outdoor installations, and the single-phase 230V electrical configuration simplifies wiring for standard residential service. An R-32 refrigerant sensor ensures safe operation throughout. AHRI and ETL listed.
