Professional Installation Required: Mini split systems must be installed by a licensed HVAC company. This ensures that any future issues are not the result of improper workmanship. Licensed installers typically provide their own warranty for the installation work.
Proper Tools & Knowledge: These systems are not plug-and-play. Correct installation requires specialized tools, electrical knowledge, calibration of refrigerant pressures, and vacuuming of the lines before releasing refrigerant.
Exclusions: Labor or costs related to diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing, or handling defective parts, replacement parts, or new units are not covered under this warranty.
