Overview

The OLMO OS-MBW-12HS is a 12,000 BTU packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) with a 3.5 kW electric heat strip. It handles cooling, heating and dehumidification in one through-the-wall unit, for spaces up to about 550 sq ft. It runs on R-32 refrigerant, uses a rotary compressor and plugs into standard 208/230V single-phase power with the included power cord. That makes it a good fit for hotel rooms, apartments, offices, assisted-living units and room additions.

The unit is fully self-contained, with no ductwork, line set or separate condenser. Slide it into a standard 42" PTAC wall sleeve and plug it in. You can run it from the included remote, the built-in Smart Connect Wi-Fi app or a 24V wall thermostat, which makes it easy to manage across many rooms.
