Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

BOREAL (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows. All warranty periods begin on the date of original installation. If the date cannot be verified, the warranty period begins one hundred twenty (120) days from date of manufacture. If a part fails due to defect during the applicable warranty period, Company will provide a new or remanufactured part, at Company’s option, to replace the failed defective part at no charge for the part.
This limited warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed below.
STANDARD WARRANTY
A warranty period of Three (3) Years on all Parts and Five (5) Years on the Compressor when installed in a owner/non-owner occupied residential application. Registration of installation is strongly recommended..
This Limited Warranty Statement applies only to systems that are properly installed by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, under applicable local and state law in accordance with all applicable building codes and permits, BOREAL installation and operation instructions and good trade practices. Defective parts must be returned to the distributor through a registered servicing dealer for credit.
